Refund/Cancellation Policy

If we receive notice of your cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival, we can refund your purchase, less 10% processing fee.

Or, we can refund the total charge to a gift certificate that may be used for 1 entire year towards lodging/shows.

Due to reservations demand, cancellations received 4 days from arrival will receive a gift certificate for that purchase.

Any cancellations given within 72 hours will be subject to full charge.
